I have been a customer with Valley Storage for over a year. Crystal is a gem she’s very professional & helpful with any of the questions or my storage supply needs, she is consistent as well friendly. Thank you Crystal for all you do wished there were more manager’s like you.
Crystal said she would make it easy for us and she did! We needed a storage unit for our Mom. Crystal was able to take care of the paperwork and payment online. My brother remarked of how clean the unit is and how well the grounds are kept - and we both share a critical eye about these things. I live out of town and needed to take this burden off the family and could not be more pleased with the process. Great service! Thank You!
I can not express the level of customer service from the manager Crystal I was tired and frustrated unable to find storage in the area. I had spoken to Crystal the day before and she called me back the next day and notified me about a unit that came open. She made me feel so special and important after the paper work she followed me to my unit which is across town and made sure I was completely happy before going back to her office. Extremely impressive!!
I have had my space since 2010. I rest a shore that my belongings are safe. Shannon is the nicest person. She is a fabulous property manager. She reminds me of my due date with a call. Keep up the wonderful work!
Unfortunately, I am having to edit my review of this business. I had two storage bins from this company. When moving date came around, I cleared one out and kept the second one for a few extra weeks. When I vacated the second bin, I left the door up indicating that I had moved my stuff out. Staff knew that I was going to be moving out and this is what I had done when I emptied the first bin a few weeks prior.
