Since Valley Storage was bought out by Self Storage Plus, I have had problems. The transition occurred one year ago, and the problems are monthly. The main issues I have dealt with: -This is the first month (March of 2026) I received an invoice for my units. I was paying based on quoted amounts from employees. -A fee was instituted to pay the bill online; therefore, I have been paying by check. Easy to signup and friendly and courteous staff. Corey is proactive and helpful. Unit was clean, accessible and met my needs well.
So happy that Valley Storage is once again managing the units on Shepherd Grade Rd. What a relief to be able to speak with an actual human who is also helpful and competent.
Their customer service is abysmal. The people who answer the phone can’t help because they aren’t on site. The people on site won’t return voicemails or emails.
Easy to reserve online but hard to find the unit..we weren't advised which loading door to enter..after approximately 15 minutes we found the unit
