If your looking for a welcoming and helpful community one that looks out for one another than Hidden Hills is the place for you. The office don’t treat you like your just a resident but he forms meaningful relationships with everyone. He helps even when you don’t ask . . The maintenance guy is great to! They do their best to go above and beyond . 10/10 I definitely recommend!!!
I like living here and so would you. Its a quiet neighborhood and even though neighbors are right next door, we all seem to get along. I never heard of crazy out of control party occur and i know the man would take care of it. Its a cozy apartment. the only thing i have to do is walk to the laundry and getting to grocery store is minutes away
Great place to call home. I have lived here for 2 years and couldnt be happier. The exterior of the buildings are a little dated. The office and maintenance staff have been very responsive. We have had things break and have always been repaired promptly. I would not only recommend Hidden Hills to anyone, I will be signing another lease for my apartment!
This place is a pest infested nightmare. And the owners are lack their off seem completely uninterested in repairing the burnt down apartment that i put out. No matter what you do the roaches get to you cause their is a burnt out apartment that probly has broodes inside their is literly still trash in the floor cause the landlord is too lazy to pay anyone to pick up the place. And half the tenants don't let exterminators in to spray. They wont Fill the fire exstinhusier slots that I used to put the fires out and I've asked o... read more
I have lived here since Feb 2021. I have had nothing but great experiences with current manager and mainteance I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone. The only thing I would add is washer/dryer in ground floor apartments
