This place is a pest infested nightmare. And the owners are lack their off seem completely uninterested in repairing the burnt down apartment that i put out. No matter what you do the roaches get to you cause their is a burnt out apartment that probly has broodes inside their is literly still trash in the floor cause the landlord is too lazy to pay anyone to pick up the place. Honestly loved this place up until our last 6 months there. Horrible neighbors, leasing wouldn’t do anything about it. Making noise all hours of the night. Maintenance sucked up until 1.5/2 months before we moved out. The complex in general just looks run down and unsafe and half the people living there are rude so good luck getting nice neighbors. Got kicked out of the rent app a week after moving out so I couldn’t pay our water bill that had been put on there right before. Now I’ve been calling since January because we nev... read more
I've lived at valore hidden hills for a couple of weeks, and it's been great! The community is quite, clean, and always well-kept. The Staff are super friendly and quick to respond. I would highly recommend living here.
Here I am reviewing again because I’m being run in circles and maybe another bad review will get their attention. We moved out officially November 2024, we should have received an itemized statement for what our security deposit was used for on January 14, 2025. In Indiana according to Indiana Code Title 32. Property § 32-31-3-12 they are now required to return our entire security deposit. It’s less than $400. This is a large company less then $400 shouldn’t be any issue for them. Just, No. I can't even start. I've lived here 6 weeks, and wish I didn't. But, just, don't! Spend $100 more a month to find a different place, I promise you it will be worth every penny!
