I was looking for a storage unit closer to me and this one is a reasonable distance and had a really good price. I was very happy with their sign-up deal. I set everything up online and then made my way in right at the time they were set to open. The instructions said to follow signs to get the welcome packet outside and I was emailed a code to punch in. Value Store It Self Storage II – Celebration makes it super easy to set up your rental online. The whole process took just a few minutes. Although there’s a staffed office available if you need it, I haven’t had to use it yet because everything has been so seamless. Truly impressed with the customer service provided by Aramis and his trainee, Gigi. I came in to look at storage units and they gladly showed me a couple of different options I was interested in. They walked me through the whole reservation process step by step. I had everything set up, confirmed and paid for in 30 minutes or less. I had a great experience storing my items here. Aramis provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond to help with my move-out and U-Haul reservation. He made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!
Aramis provides great customer service. I rented a 15 foot truck to move some furniture around town. It was ready to go for my reservation and he helped me get the equipment loaded on the truck to be on my way. The process of renting and returning was easy and no stress.
