Just went in person to finish setting up my account and the young lady in the office was so helpful and explained everything perfectly. Facility is very clean and my unit as well.
Eliana was great! She showed me the units and I was able to pick the one I wanted and got setup in minutes. Great selection of things to help pack up too.
This has been an incredible experience. The manager is amazing. Incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Always has an answer to my ridiculous questions LOL. Very clean and spacious. After showing me around and discussing my ridiculous list of demands, I am in the exact unit for my needs. Not too small, and they didn't try to upsell me to something I absolutely didn't need. What a great experience! The place is very clean and well taken care of, but the customer service is what this location should be known for. The manager, John was so helpful and accommodating, he really made the process so easy. I would recommend this location to anyone in need of a good storage facility.
