The storage facility was super clean, well-maintained, and easy to access. The manager Jenilee was incredibly helpful and friendly, making the process stress-free. My roommate and I also rental their U-Haul trucks and everything went smoothly. Highly recommend!
The experience I had at value store it in Wesley chapel was an amazing the customer service was above above and beyond jenilee gube the property manager is an amazing individual that you really don't come across too often in a retail commercial establishment . She explained everything thoroughly—how the storage works, access hours, payments, and more. Super friendly, professional, and made the whole process easy and smooth. Highly recommend!
Loved this storage facility from the staff to the storage unit. Teresa was of great help very open with her schedule willing to wait on us when we needed her to and answered all of our questions, the unit was clean and fresh no smells or critters. We had our unit for a few months and our cabinets did great there. We will definitely use this facility again if ever needed and recommend to our friends and family. Keep up the good work.
