Value Store It Self Storage is an excellent storage facility! It is very clean with great customer service from all staff, including management. It’s spacious, accessible and has been great for all of my storage needs. If you are looking to rent a unit, I highly recommend working with Matthew (he's wonderful!) and getting one set up at this location!
Matthew was SO helpful! The gave us a tour of the facility, was knowledgeable and informative, and clearly passionate about running a quality business. The facility is immaculately clean, welcoming (bathroom and refreshments available), and climate controlled. We couldn’t ask for a better experience.
Christine was phenomenal. I initially made a mistake and selected the wrong unit and when I went back in to have it corrected, she was super quick and accommodating. I appreciated her friendliness and customer service. It was very easy to open up an account there.
This is probably the third time Ive rented a uhaul from this location. Everything was easy and Christine answered every question I had as I checked in. In and out everytime. Would recommend.
