Reese is amazing! Helped with transferring units and made it smooth process and not a stressful process I was expecting. Highly recommend interactions with her! The facilities are very clean and the staff awesome.
Would give 0 stars if possible. I reserved a U-Haul van online to be picked up at 9:30am. I selected mobile check-in since the website stated employees aren’t on site until 10am. I pulled in at 9:30 only to see the reservation had been changed last minute to 10:30am (no email, no text, no update whatsoever). I attempted to call the customer service number only to be told the phone wait time was an hour and eleven minutes. My best bet was to wait until 10am and hope an employee could help. Great experience with Value Store It Storage! The facility is clean, secure, and really well maintained. What made the biggest difference was the manager Tommy. he was incredibly helpful, professional, and made the whole process quick and easy. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I had exactly what I needed. Excellent customer service and a smooth experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!
