Great experience with Value Store It Storage! The facility is clean, secure, and really well maintained. What made the biggest difference was the manager Tommy. he was incredibly helpful, professional, and made the whole process quick and easy. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I had exactly what I needed. Excellent customer service and a smooth experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Reese is amazing! Helped with transferring units and made it smooth process and not a stressful process I was expecting. Highly recommend interactions with her! The facilities are very clean and the staff awesome.
My Experience with Value Store It Self Storage has been excellent. The website is very user friendly. Their rates are extremely favorable. The facility is clean. Tommy at the front desk has been my point of contact. His customer service and communications skills are fabulous. I would highly recommend Value Store It.
Just emptied my unit because I moved away. Overall great place. Comparable rates, always clean, easy access, comfortable temperature, and convenient Location. I did particularly like that when I left my unit I didn’t have to pay for an extra month like a gym membership the day I moved out I just finished out that month and they didn’t charge me for an additional month
