Kei was amazing! So helpful with getting me setup with a moving truck and supplies! Would highly recommend this place to anyone! Clean and organized.
Awesome costumer service! Kei is the best! Very costumer need meeting oriented! We were referred by another satisfied costumer! We are staying! Great prices too!
Absolutely the best customer service I’ve ever received very thorough manager. He was able to do a walk-through she was with the facility looks like and was able to assist us in completing our transaction in store with the same online pricing. Thank you so so much for the assistance you were amazing. - oh yeah, and I forgot to tell you who helped me. It was definitely Bryan the manager. He’s amazing. Jessica
Tommy is outstanding. As for told, my rates are set due to communication down here. Value Storage goes above and beyond with transparency and keeping their prices reasonable. Greatly appreciated. Kenny
We stopped in to look for a safe & secure storage space. Ashley was fabulous to show us a great unit and very thorough with details of our rental contract and answered any questions we had professionally. Amy & David
