Had a great experience today, the process was smooth, i was able to get promotion pricing on my storage unit and had exceptional care by Carlos at the front desk, he was diligent, helpful and made the process fast and efficient.
Misleading Advertising – Bait and Switch On January 10th, I went to the Miami Airport location to rent a 10x10 unit on the first floor. The gentleman helping me was very polite and professional. He told me the monthly rate was $192 and confirmed that the company offers price matching if the competitor is within 10 miles and offers the same size unit in a similar location (like first floor).
