Value Storage has the best customer service always. They are attractive to their customers, and they are very responsive. They explained everything needed accordingly, and make sure every details are understood. Great place to rent a storage in case of need.
I have attempted to contact this location numerous times and no one answers the phone or returns calls. I keep receiving notices for someone that has never resided at this address and is not anyone i know. Addresses should be validated when someone applies to rent from them. I do not want my address associated with this person.
Alex and Jeremy helped us get a good deal with the van we need for today. Definitely would recommend anybody moving to get a van or a truck.
I love this location because Alexandra is always nice & ready to help. She has outstanding customer service. & the storage facility is well maintained!
