I had a fantastic experience at Pompano Beach II Self Storage at 2250 N Powerline Rd. The staff here is exceptional, especially the manager, Mr. Halpine. He was incredibly helpful throughout the entire rental process and made sure I ended up with the best unit for my needs. His professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile really stood out. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for a clean, well-run storage facility with top-notch customer service!

Had a unit there since 2014 until 2026 due to moving out of state. Great access. Always felt safe there at any time. The lot and hallways always clean. Great music!
Watson was a great help, he took his time and showed me the different sized units. He also helped me with my U haul rental. Now that’s 5 star service!!
Horrible experience, we got chased by a dog inside on the 3rd floor. Looked like someone was living in one of the units. Homeless man sleeping outside. Def did not feel safe here, it's not in a good area either. People piggy back the door to bypass the code so security is a joke.
