The entire front desk staff , Nelson, Alex, Manny made the whole experience fast , friendly and professional. Just be aware!!! I have been with this storage company for 1 year and within the year my unit price has increased over $70, when I was told not to expect another increase. This does not take away from the amazing staff as I am aware they have no control over it, but this increase is ridiculous. Like when will it stop!!!
Great experience. The manager, Manny was friendly, helpful, and made the whole process quick and easy. He gave us a tour, answered all our questions, and handled everything efficiently. The facility is very clean, well-organized, and reasonably priced. Highly recommend them!
Manny is the best I’ve encountered customer service wise in a while. The jokes, the warm home feel and amazingly fast service he provides. 10 10 10 all across the board for me.
