I used this storage facility for about a year and had a great experience overall. The facility was always clean, secure, and well-maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful whenever I had questions, and access was easy and convenient. My unit stayed dry and safe the entire time. Pricing was fair for Miami, and I never had any issues with billing or service. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone needing reliable storage.
Friendly staff, amazing service, very knowledgeable and hardworking staff. We rented from them for 3 days, and the experience was amazing! Definitely recommend. Office is very clean and staff was available to answer every question we had! 100% recommend!
Never had a problem with them the entire 2 years that I've been with them. I love that their dollies have to be borrowed with a key from the office to prevent other people from hoarding them and not bringing them back. Ending my contract was incredibly easy; they handled it completely, unlike my experience at Public Storage. I will definitely come back to them if I ever need storage again.
