We rented a uhaul and both this location and the one just down the road were so immensely helpful. The manager Rigo at the other location was very kind during our pick up process in helping us through a few issues. We were in need of a dolly and they were all rented out so he sent us to Aramis the property manager at this location! Who gave us the dolly we needed and Tacuma was able to help us load it onto our Uhaul. Truly a wonderful experience all around!
This storage facility is incredible!!!! Shout out to Louis and Michelle for always doing an incredible job. The grounds are always clean and they are constantly making improvements to the grounds. There have been several times when we are visiting our unit and Louis will stop by to say “Hi” and make sure that we are happy and if anything needs to be improved. We always see Louis walking the grounds and checking to make sure everything is pristine. Great team! Great facility! Great customer service!
We would like to take the time to thank Louis Martin and Rigo for their outstanding dedication and devotion to their customers. We highly recommend this location and Value Store It as a brand due to their continued care and quality control. Rigo is one of the reasons we’re always able to communicate effectively and resolve any issues we may encounter and Louis is the backbone of the entire operation. Went to the branch at 1480 celebration blvd, and the service was outstanding. Both Rigo and Gigi were fantastic and are a credit to the u-haul staff. We’ll be back again for sure! Thanks again guys! ;)
