Rigo is one of the reasons we’re always able to communicate effectively and resolve any issues we may encounter and Louis is the backbone of the entire operation. This storage facility is incredible!!!! Shout out to Louis and Michelle for always doing an incredible job. The grounds are always clean and they are constantly making improvements to the grounds. There have been several times when we are visiting our unit and Louis will stop by to say “Hi” and make sure that we are happy and if anything needs to be improved. We always see Louis walking the grounds and checking to make sure everything is pristine. Great team! Great facility! Great customer service!
Rico has taken care of me for the past three times. Always personable and pleasant to work with. Would recommend this location for both cleanliness of products and again personality. Shout out to Rico. Excellent service.
Went to the branch at 1480 celebration blvd, and the service was outstanding. Both Rigo and Gigi were fantastic and are a credit to the u-haul staff. We’ll be back again for sure! Thanks again guys! ;)
Luis and Rigo are amazing! We rented here when it was cubesmart and did not have the greatest experience. We decided to give it another try under Value Store-It because of how close it is. The customer service since the change has been phenomenal!
