Paragraph below was my initial experience. Went back this morning and Josie got me all straightened out. Once I got a new code, the process and facility were great! Would definitely recommend when you need a clean, climate controlled storage option. Just rented a space at this facility this morning. Great experience with Value Store It. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and feels very safe, with easy access whenever I needed it. I especially want to single out Josie, who was absolutely outstanding—professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. She made everything simple and stress-free. Highly recommend.
This is the worst U-Haul experience I have ever had. They will commit fraud and add items to your contract that you do not sign up for when ordering a truck online. I confirmed with the front desk that I did not have any additional charges and they will lie and tell you that you do not and then after the truck is dropped back off, they add insurance to my bill even though I explicitly clicked that I do not want it. What an absolutely amazing experience with Josie and Landon! Customer service was Above and beyond… Can’t imagine going anywhere else Thank you so much and absolute pleasure… November 1- moved out of my unit today and Josie is just phenomenal! Again above and beyond just a fantastic experience at your facility!
Today, I had an issue with storage space. The storage associates, Josie and Alan helped me out tremendously! I have had my unit since 2023. My favorite perks are onsite restrooms and public access closes at 10 P.M. Thanks again ValueIt Storage!
