I had a great experience with Value Store It. Nadine was incredibly helpful in getting my units opened and was always a pleasure to deal with. She was friendly, professional, and attentive throughout the process. The facility itself is very clean, well-organized, and equipped with modern technology, which made access quick and easy. Pricing is fair, especially considering the quality of the units and overall experience. If I ever need a storage unit again, I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!
Cannot say enough how helpful Nadine has been with helping me secure the right storage unit and fast given my situation with a fire. She has gone above and beyond. The storage unit itself is clean and works perfectly. Thank you Nadine!!
Clean facility in Boca Raton/near Delray Beach. Conveniently located off the 95 freeway. Staff is was very attentive and communicated very clearly. Facility is modern and clean with AC, keyless entry on all units. Highly recommend for your storage needs.

She made everything easy and stress-free, answering all our questions with a smile. It’s rare to come across such genuine friendliness—she truly made a difference in our visit. Highly appreciated
