I just moved to this storage facility a couple of months ago, and the manager Kayla has helped me more in that short time than my other facility helped me in almost 2 years. She is always so friendly and goes above and beyond. She even tried to help me with a U-Haul problem that wasn’t even related to her location. I am also very satisfied with the facility overall. Highly recommend this place!
I love the location next to me. Kayla is amazing! She's kind and easy to talk to. She answers all my questions and definitely knows her job. Recommend 5 stars all the way!
Excellent experience with Zac renting a storage unit for our needs. He was super professional, knowledgeable, polite and helpful and made the whole process going fast and smooth. Thank you very much Zach! The facility is very clean, easy access, pathways and covered loading/unloading area. And good prices!
Renting a storage unit here was easy. We initially rented a space, but then realized it was a bit small for all our things, so we asked for a larger one. The whole process was easy with the help of Zac, a staff member at this location. The spaces are clean, well-lit, have air conditioning, an elevator for the upper floors, and a cart for carrying things. If you need a U-Haul car, you can get one from here. They provide everything and help you with everything.
The two customer service people are fantastic. They are more than willing to help you and explain everything to you. They are really nice. I would recommend this place. We rented a storage unit and we rented a U-Haul truck. They were very, very helpful. Good place to go.
