So I was hoping to give a glowing review but they managed to turn a great buying experience into an awful experience. I bought what I thought was 4 center caps as per the ad for my truck rims. I was surprised when the package arrived and it was only 1 center cap. I reached out to them to point out their ad was misleading. In the mean time I ordered the remaining 3 as there is no point in only having 1 center cap. Ordered parts from these people and the were delivered on a Fri. We never got the package. We were told from Fed-Ex to call them and they should replace it through the insurance that they have for shipping but they did not. I had to pay for my parts and shipping again. it was $ 53.96 so something close to that. How can you have replacement insurance up to $100 on your packages and not want to replace it. Poor and bad service. This is the last time with this place I ever buy parts.
Never trust there customer service, they are scam, I called for wrong part they ship it after 3 weeks to correct their mistake, and they ask me to return it back, when I checked the refund it was 15% sticking fee which the customer support told me that I just need to return it and I will get my money back since it was there mistake. Obviously they didn’t refund the full amount and when I called they hang up the phone on me twice. Do Not Waste your money
Ordered a transmission mount for 08 Sierra, even entered my VIN at their request. They still sent the wrong part. Oh and it has a big made in China sticker on it. I tried to resolve the problem with Matt the parts manager and he goes Bravo 6 Dark. Act like he doesn't know me. The part they sent has no Invoice and it's not in the original GM packaging . It's Not a GM part! They want me to pay for return shipping and restocking fee.🤣 Guess I'll just stick to Amazon.
