This is for their GM Parts Center (Online) I did'nt know they were part of Van GMC Dealer in Arizona and was able to work with Ryan online and talk with staff in the Parts Department. I talked with them today 11/20/2025 and when I called the Women I spoken with was extremely nice and helpful as well when I asked to speak with a staff member about my DEF in Tank, the staff member was so supportive and helpful, all I can say is WOW well worth the call and hopefully they save me thousands of dollars. FIRST DONT BUY ANY THING GM! Not even 30k miles on my 1/2 ton duramax sierra and its is in for warranty work way too much! They wont fix anything its always an update, their product is trash! AND the motors all burn oil apparently! Check your oil regularly! better yet buy something else!
So I was hoping to give a glowing review but they managed to turn a great buying experience into an awful experience. I bought what I thought was 4 center caps as per the ad for my truck rims. I was surprised when the package arrived and it was only 1 center cap. I reached out to them to point out their ad was misleading. In the mean time I ordered the remaining 3 as there is no point in only having 1 center cap. They replied back to me and said they would honor the misleading ad and send me the 3 remaining center caps.... read more
Ordered parts from these people and the were delivered on a Fri. We never got the package. We were told from Fed-Ex to call them and they should replace it through the insurance that they have for shipping but they did not. I had to pay for my parts and shipping again. it was $ 53.96 so something close to that. How can you have replacement insurance up to $100 on your packages and not want to replace it. Poor and bad service. This is the last time with this place I ever buy parts.
Ordered a transmission mount for 08 Sierra, even entered my VIN at their request. They still sent the wrong part. Oh and it has a big made in China sticker on it. I tried to resolve the problem with Matt the parts manager and he goes Bravo 6 Dark. Act like he doesn't know me. The part they sent has no Invoice and it's not in the original GM packaging . It's Not a GM part! They want me to pay for return shipping and restocking fee.🤣 Guess I'll just stick to Amazon.
