My service advisor at Van Cadillac, Jon Goth was fantastic. He listened to all of my concerns, and the issues were resolved within a reasonable amount of time. My loaner vehicle was ready when I dropped off my car for service. He was attentive, detail-oriented, and professional. It was a pleasure working with him, and my experience at Van Cadillac exceeded expectations. A great dealership.

Five star service the waiting room, immaculate water coffee 50 inch flatscreen TVs almost thought I was at home. They did a great job changing my oil making sure I was comfortable wonderful folks. I loved it. My experience was five star. If nobody else can van can wonderful just wonderful
Derek has been fantastic to work with... he consistently takes the time to walk me through every step and provides clear, detailed explanations about repairs and warranty coverage. I’m still noticing a rattling sound in the car, and we’re working together to pinpoint the source, but I truly appreciate his thoroughness and support throughout the process. He’s one of the best service advisors I’ve ever worked with.
It’s consistently an excellent customer service experience in the Service Department here at this Dealership.
