My service advisor at Van Cadillac, Jon Goth was fantastic. He listened to all of my concerns, and the issues were resolved within a reasonable amount of time. My loaner vehicle was ready when I dropped off my car for service. He was attentive, detail-oriented, and professional. It was a pleasure working with him, and my experience at Van Cadillac exceeded expectations. A great dealership.

Scheduled routine maintenance and also needed oil coolant lines replaced. All service items completed as requested. Had loaner vehicle provided. Returned next day and retrieved my Silverado. Employees all friendly and professional.
