My service advisor at Van Cadillac, Jon Goth was fantastic. He listened to all of my concerns, and the issues were resolved within a reasonable amount of time. My loaner vehicle was ready when I dropped off my car for service. He was attentive, detail-oriented, and professional. It was a pleasure working with him, and my experience at Van Cadillac exceeded expectations. A great dealership.
It’s consistently an excellent customer service experience in the Service Department here at this Dealership. He’s trustworthy, attentive, and someone I feel completely confident leaving my vehicle with, along with the outstanding maintenance team.
Five star service the waiting room, immaculate water coffee 50 inch flatscreen TVs almost thought I was at home. They did a great job changing my oil making sure I was comfortable wonderful folks. I loved it. My experience was five star. If nobody else can van can wonderful just wonderful
Called around noon on December 30th to get my wife's oil changed and rotate the tires on her 2018 Buick envision. They had a 3pm appointment that day. Jon Goth was my service advisor he got me a discount on my services and got me on my way quickly. I purchased my car at Van and they do all my service.
