Jon and Kim are absolutely wonderful. They are true professionals. Each know their business and know customer service. I recommend Van at many functions I attend because of the OUTSTANDING staff. VAN Cadillac is VERY lucky to have staff such as Jon and Kim representing their organization and product.
Called around noon on December 30th to get my wife's oil changed and rotate the tires on her 2018 Buick envision. They had a 3pm appointment that day. Jon Goth was my service advisor he got me a discount on my services and got me on my way quickly. I purchased my car at Van and they do all my service.
Awesome service team. From the wonderful ladies answering the phone to Jon Huber my service advisor. I would highly recommend them and wouldn’t buy a Cadillac anywhere else. They got me locked in. Exceptional customer service thus far. The gentleman that checks my car in and moves it takes very great car with his plastic covers on seat and floor mats. Thanks to you all. It’s all about the teamwork and dedication. You all display genuine care.
Had an issue that required service. Jon H., my Service Advisor at Van understood my concerns and assured me all is good and put me in a X5 loaner, Nice! Detailed and looking showroom I drove home a very satisfied customer in my wife’s X4 ! Thanks John, appreciate your help.
I am always glad to have Wanda (my Cadillac xt5) serviced by Van Cadillac. Their service advisors are knowledgeable and let me know of expensive maintenance coming in the future. They're easy to schedule service and provide a nice waiting area complete with drinks and snacks for Cadillac customers! They're doing great things!!!!
