It’s consistently an excellent customer service experience in the Service Department here at this Dealership. The crew are very knowledgeable, professional, and efficient especially with Malik leading his team. If you’re scheduling service, I highly recommend asking for Jon Huber. He’s trustworthy, attentive, and someone I feel completely confident leaving my vehicle with, along with the outstanding maintenance team.
My service advisor at Van Cadillac, Jon Goth was fantastic. He listened to all of my concerns, and the issues were resolved within a reasonable amount of time.
