Was NOT happy with the pressure to purchase the extra “insurance” and very unhappy with a second person coming in to try and pressure me into purchasing it. I feel if your product is so good (car) why all the pressure to purchase insurance on it. I know you make extra money on this but you should take a no for a no and not expect me to explain why.
