Dr. Van Gordon and staff were so skilled and supportive that my root canal experience was very much easier than I expected. Aside from the small expected jab of the lidocaine anesthetic, I felt no pain! I had been dreading this experience and it turned out to be really easy. He seems to have the latest technology in his office, and I felt very confident in his hands.
Way over priced. Went out of network and paid the price. They said they would run my insurance and send a bill to email. Never did. Called numerous times. Showed up amd they charged for xrays when my dentist did xrays and sent them to them. So I got doubled charged. Never go out of network or you will get ripped off and charged for everything. The girl at the front desk had a bad attitude and seems like a golden version of a karen. A simple root canal should not cost 2200.00................. I got one done for 1300.00 a few ... read more
I was very scared to get a root canal after hearing so many stories of other people's bad experiences. I let Dr. Greg know that I was afraid of the process and the pain. Dr. Greg talked me through his plan for pain management. I am very, very happy to say this was a painless process that was over sooner than I expected!! The doctor and the entire team were friendly and kind, and I could not recommend Van Gordon more - great experience!!
I cannot recommend Dr. Gordon and the office more! I first saw him almost two years ago for a problem molar that needed root canal. That was my first time doing it and I was nervous as hell. He and his team was able to finish the procedure within 30 minutes and it was pain free! The recovery was amazing too. First let me say that I absolutely dreaded even the thought of another root canal because of a horrible experience 40+ years ago at a different endodontist. I was clawing the armrests in pain during the procedure. My husband has had multiple root canals with Dr. Van Gordon and told me I would have a much better experience with him doing the root canal.
