I am always amazed at how friendly your service staff is. Aaron is always keeping customers informed and he has been especially helpful to me. I live in St Joe and it is a ways to bring on our Subarus for service, but it is worth the drive. Aaron and his team work diligently to get us in and out. This past visit our 2014 Outback needed more than what could be done in a day, so I had to leave the car. I was SO impressed. I have never dealt with a dealership like you guys. Courtesy, quickness and just an overall great environment. Everyone was so nice. From Cheyenne, to Rick and (I wish I could remember the other service guy's name, he got the door for me) every single person was amazing. I will definitely tell others about you guys.
This was my first time visiting Van Subaru. I received excellent customer service from beginning to end and was very appreciative of getting to use a loaner car to go retrieve an item I had left in my hotel room! Aaron did a great job on my Subaru Crosstrek! I appreciated the link that was sent via text for me to review the multi point inspection before I approved any recommendations. I would absolutely recommend Van Subaru Service to anyone. We just moved to the area, therefore we did not purchase our Subaru from Van. However, they still treated us amazingly. Our insurance company took their sweet time and tried to fight us on what they would cover. John within the service department was extremely helpful, fighting for us to get the coverage we deserved. This was my first visit to the Service Department at Van Subaru. You never really know how things will go. But I was pleasantly surprised. Aaron was helpful and professional.
