Was actually a pretty pleasant experience! Met the service rep, John Kauer. awesome dude! Short time I was there is like I’ve known him forever! Very knowledgeable, helped me with a couple of the icons on my dash! Explain them to me. Kept me up-to-date on the progress of the vehicle until it was done and I was out of there. Was pretty impressed, observing sales reps, interacting with customers in person and on the phone! Will recommend for service and for buying a new vehicle!
Great place to service my Subaru!! Super friendly and fast. I just moved to the area and needed a new dealer for servicing and these guys are definitely it! With my maintenance plan they had me in and out. Now me and my Forester are back on the trails with rotated tires and changed oil! Thanks guys!
I recently came in for a maintenance visit and continue to be impressed by this team. I love that they take photos of the issues needing attention; that level of transparency is greatly appreciated. The desk crew is fantastic to work with. Richard is always a joy—his professionalism and honesty are why I specifically ask for him when I return. I always have a great experience with Van Subaru’s service department. I have been buying my cars at Van for years (thx Guy!)and I take them to get serviced there too. Jarrett is usually the one that helps me and his customer service is fantastic, I always feel well taken care of with his recommendations and never pressed for unnecessary services. Had an appt. My encounters were with Jarrett and Aaron, though others passed by doing their tasks. All my questions were answered. Got in and out quickly, read that as oil change and tire rotation in less than 15 min. Everyone seemed to really like their jobs and coworkers. All were courteous and competent. The waiting area was CLEAN!
