I am always amazed at how friendly your service staff is. Aaron is always keeping customers informed and he has been especially helpful to me. I live in St Joe and it is a ways to bring on our Subarus for service, but it is worth the drive. Aaron and his team work diligently to get us in and out. This past visit our 2014 Outback needed more than what could be done in a day, so I had to leave the car. This was my first visit to the Service Department at Van Subaru. You never really know how things will go. But I was pleasantly surprised. Aaron was helpful and professional. While having my vehicle in for regular maintenance the service department members are very helpful and knowledgeable. While explaining an odd bubbling to my radio face Rick knew exactly what was happening. He advised it was a problem and covered under warranty. The replacement was ordered and installed very quickly.
