Confirmed Unethical and Unreasonable. Unfortunately I am also a victim of doing business Van Unen. Everything stated in the reviews here is true. Do yourself a favor and use another propane provider. There are companies out there who will value your business, Van Unen is not one of them. These guys couldn't care less about their customers and will take advantage every chance they get.
Worst company ever to deal with! Lady that answers phone is RUDE, Customer Service is awful, and they ALWAYS just show up when prices are highest. We've had to deal with them for years and their crazy ridiculous fees. And they ALWAYS show up right at Christmas! Find another company, should have read reviews before getting this company- not 1 review anywhere has been good! I don't wish bad for businesses, but this is one I wouldn't be sad to see go out of business!!!
These people are AWEFUL! Do not use their services! They're over-priced, provide extremely poor service, and have the worst customer service we have ever experienced. If you have the option to use an alternative company, do so and save yourself the headache.
This is a terrible company! DO NOT USE THIS Company, do a little searching around and read some of the reviews about their practices and the way they treat customers. Over priced! Fees that are ridiculous. If I could leave negative stars I would, hate to leave a star as I don't think this company deserves even one star. TERRIBLE and HORRIBLE service and prices! Van Unen Miersma propane is a terrible company!
I wish I didn't even have to give this company 1 star, but it won't let me leave 0. Horrible customer service from the lady that answers the phone. Nothing like getting barked at when you ask what the price of propane is. We get treated rude every single time we call by the same woman. Don't use this horrific company that has no desire to please its customers....
