I recently went to Vince to have work done on two pieces of antique jewelry. The first had to have all of the prongs, of which there were many, re-tipped and fixed. It came out beautifully.The second was my platinum and diamond engagement ring. The ring is from the early 1900s. Unfortunately, it could not be fixed. I had a wonderful experience working with Vince. We had some inspiration in mind for my fiancé’s wedding band and Vander Dys did not disappoint. The process was seamless from the CAD images to the final product, and it was completed in a timely manner (1 week earlier than expected 😃). I highly recommend!
I attended the event that Richard and Sarah Vander Dys hosted on behalf of Habitat for Humanity. Vince was the best! He embodies everything good Customer Service should be. My wife had her rings cut off at the hospital following an allergic reaction. They did amazing work repairing them. Absolutely tops in my book!
