I had my car serviced today and my service consultant, Andy Solorzano was amazing. From the time I arrived, he was extremely courteous, communicated very well while service was being done to keep me up to speed with things, and he was spot on with how long my service would take. It was visibly busy at the dealership and he did an amazing job balancing each of his clients while exuding the same kindness to each person. He should win employee of the month!
