Service department is amazing quick fast and friendly. They took care of my concern and provided alternative transportation, I end up getting a loaner while my vehicle is was down for repair. The Service Advisor was efficient told me of prices and there was no surprises when picking up the vehicle. Highly recommend anyone looking to get some service for there Acura to give Vandergriff Acura an Opportunity.

I had an appointment at Vandergriff dealership in Arlington, Texas to get my car serviced. Mr.shorter was very professional, knowledgeable and I had a very pleasant experience. I rate this dealership 5 star for one reason, Taylor Jones. He is easy to work with, honest, knowledgeable, and doesn't push unneeded work. Keeps me informed during the repair process and doesn't waste my time. I request him as my service adviser when work needed at Vandergriff. He is what sets this dealership ahead of most.
It was the old hard sell at this dealership. I had looked several places and they were the only one to do it. Had I not wanted the car, I would have walked out. I ended up paying too much for those little “add ons.” On the other hand, their service is excellent. I’ve been to Vandergriff Acura and Honda and am thoroughly satisfied with both.
Good experience buying a used car from them. Working with Thai Nguyen was a pleasant experience
