Spent 10 hours "negotiating". Finally got the car delivered from a different dealership. Noticed theres a small chip on the hood when i got home. Wouldn't be a big deal, but its a new car. Told me they couldn't do anything for me. Bought 4 cars from vandergriff, never had such a "SOL" experience before now.
Everyone I interacted with was helpful and polite. I was extremely impressed with all aspects of the service, communication, and support. Compared with the apx dozen other facilities I have used over the past 20 years, this is the best service I have received. I think the pricing is fair and the relatively short wait I had on arrival was still faster than any other service center at 8:30am. I would recommend it for everyone!
I had to reschedule my appointment today with a personal conflict. The process was SUPER easy. They were efficient and helped out quickly! I had Fabians help today and he was the most polite and got me helped out very fast! I would 100000% reccomend and will be back and asking for his help.
Luis Ruiz was very professional and clear throughout the process. He thoroughly explained the KSDS update, how to properly run the engine to maintain warranty, and answered all my questions with patience and expertise. Highly recommended for his clarity and customer care
Had a really horrible experience getting my car serviced here. The dealership had my car over a month to replace the transmission. As I was driving the car home from the dealership I heard scraping under my car and sounding like rocks underneath my car. I get home and look underneath my car to see the splash shield falling off of my car...
