From the moment I scheduled my free oil change and service inspection appointment to the time I drove away, the service was truly 5-star. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted promptly and checked in with ease. I also appreciated that they were upfront about the wait time being a little longer than usual. My over all experience was great. I went for basic maintenance repair and didn't realize there was a recall so they completed that as well. Also, I was offered a complimentary car rental while my car was getting repaired. I thought that was great

I've had issues with every Hyundai dealership I've been to. The Vandergriff Hyundai service is one of the better ones. Probably because Mercedes is great service advisor, I was in and out pretty fast for a Saturday. The only problem is constant notifications both emails and messages. I also received offers for a loaner vehicle experience for a day. But getting someone to answer the number provided was unsuccessful after a few calls.

The detailing was fine, but no one told me until I got there that I was responsible for a ride to and from. Are you all used to give a Lyft both ways. The gentleman who greeted me was not very polite either when I asked about a ride. When I asked if Stephanie still worked there, they told me yes and then people just would disappear and not come back. No one holds responsibility for anything at this place. I thought it turned around after my last visit, but I was completely wrong.
