Going to Lifestance was a life saver. My previous Dr misdiagnosed me and put me on the wrong meds which had an adverse reaction on my brain. That sent me looking for a new Dr and I thnk God I found Lifestance. I see NP Vanessa Prichard and it has been such a great experience. All the staff is friendly and makes me feel comfortable. Vanessa was not personal and compassionate to me. She seemed very cold. I didn't feel any positivity or good vibes. She kept flipping her hair at least twice, which was not professional. I don't know why she got so many good reviews.
Both of my Therapists are very kind and helpful. I don't have any complaints they're both very well trained and professional. I would Highly recommend Lifestance in Greenwood, Indiana. Plus they're only 10 minutes away and with 30 herniated diffused leaking bulging dessicated discs, that makes my visits more possible for me too. I can't sit down at all except my car for the 10 minutes and I have to stand up the Entire time so they're very understanding too. Courteous, punctual, great with call backs. Ms Prichard is working with a to help turn around my situation. She is going above and beyond what most therapists would go. I am so looking forward to what might lie ahead. Very pleased with her care. Light is at end of tunnel never give up!!!
I go for Med management and the level of care and understanding that Vanessa has i could not be any happier. My life is different than most and the whole office is so welcoming warm and understanding. Vanessa is the best if you are needing medication management
