Great customer service, people are friendly, the employees want to help you to find what your looking for. Plus the store is open 24/7 which is awesome, never knew a vape store would be open to all hours. And mostly, they make you feel like your at home. Absolutely the best Vape & Smoke Shop I've been in and I've been in them from Texas to South Dakota. This place is kept stocked, immaculately clean, with helpful educated employees and friendly staff who remembers you and treats you like friends everytime. I drive 45 minutes one way just to go to this store. Prices are extremely fair and there is constantly sales on product. Biggest selection of smoke shop products your gonna find in Watertown too.
The lady behind the counter responded to my questions as if she was annoyed and seemed incredibly pretentious to put it nicely. I was shocked when she literally stuck her nose in the air and said that she was the owner as if that somehow excused her terrible customer service skills. Time to check out Smoke Solutions or the new one that opened by Starbucks.
I had purchased a vape and it quit working within a day. I contacted Vape Depot via messenger and they responded promptly and put a credit on my account to cover the cost. I am pleased with how professional they were and made sure I understood that the credit would be on my account. They even sent me a pic to verify that it was done. Thank you, you guys are awesome!!!
Very helpful and friendly. They all make me feel like I'm welcome as soon as I enter the door, and it's like visiting with good friends. The store is like visiting a adult candy store. So many choices. If you don't know exactly what you want, the wonderful employees will gladly help you with the choices.
