Vape Depot deserves a solid 5-star review! The atmosphere is fun and inviting, with a beautiful variety of glass products. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they offer a wide range of vape products at reasonable prices. The store is always clean and professional, which I appreciate compared to other shops. Unlike some places, you’re not blasted with a strong odor when you walk in. Overall, Vape Depot is my preferred choice for its clean, professional atmosphere and excellent selection.
I go here after being shortchanged by the Fatboy n Dirty Blond kid from Smoke solutions I went in n they argued... I had made two different purchases got change back for my first n didn't get my change for my 2nd separate purchase POSs didn't want to run the cashier camera back to prove my point that I didn't get my change back
Great customer service, people are friendly, the employees want to help you to find what your looking for. Plus the store is open 24/7 which is awesome, never knew a vape store would be open to all hours. And mostly, they make you feel like your at home. Great job Vape Depot & Smoke Shop, this is my favorite store to go to. 😁
Absolutely the best Vape & Smoke Shop I've been in and I've been in them from Texas to South Dakota. This place is kept stocked, immaculately clean, with helpful educated employees and friendly staff who remembers you and treats you like friends everytime. I drive 45 minutes one way just to go to this store. Prices are extremely fair and there is constantly sales on product. Biggest selection of smoke shop products your gonna find in Watertown too.
The lady behind the counter responded to my questions as if she was annoyed and seemed incredibly pretentious to put it nicely. I was shocked when she literally stuck her nose in the air and said that she was the owner as if that somehow excused her terrible customer service skills. Time to check out Smoke Solutions or the new one that opened by Starbucks.
