I lived here for two years and just moved out. I would absolutely rent here again. Very quiet and great upkeep. Office staff and maintenance are amazing. No loud college parties and everyone is very respectful. You also only pay one utility which is electric, so that is nice. Can’t say enough good things about these apartments!

Leaving a very honest review after reflecting on my experience. I lived here for three years. There were good and bad things about this place. Unfortunately the negatives outweighed the positives, but I stayed because it was the only apartment complex I could find in Bowling Green that would allow my 50 lb. dog. Positives: dog friendly, quiet, close to a lot of stores, back patio so you can have a grill, the property manager Lee is very kind Negatives: -My air conditioner was broken the last two years of my lease. I repor... read more

the patio screen was bent in other spots when i moved in,I don’t go outside to my patio because having the bugs inside there is a long crack on the patio concrete there was ant hills on it a bee harvest under the gutters. I lived in a 2 bedroom apartment the air conditioner was in my roommates bedroom so only my roommate could get cool air in the summer, so I had to buy a air conditioner for my living room, my neighbor did the same thing. The one kitchen drawer was loose didn’t work the way it should’ve rust mold on everyt... read more

Due to some circumstances in my life, I have lived in 5 different apartments in the BG area over the last few years. I lived in the Varsity Square apartment complex for only 6 months and I found it to be the worst experience I have had. I never have written a negative review in the past about an apartment complex. At Varsity Square, I had a rather unique experience, since someone who is very close to me lived there in a separate apartment at the same time. So, I spent a fair amount of time in two different apartments. I... read more

The property manager is a fake. She is nice while your doing the signing but will try anything to get you out. She has favorites also, so be aware. The apartments are very crappy and have lots of bugs and I had 3 snakes in my apartment.
