I just wanted to say how amazing my experience was with Teton Radiology. I had read so many negative reviews I was worried. The scheduling and radiology staff were very competent and worked hard to expedite my procedure. I have not gotten the bill yet, so I can't comment on billing.
If I could give Teton Radiology a -10 review I would!!! Horrible customer service!!! They never did call me to schedule the appointment so finally after a week of not hearing from them I finally called but I had to call several times before they would even answer their stupid phone so I could make the appointment myself since I never heard from them. I had a breast MRI done at Teton Radiology. The technician who did the procedure was excellent. However, a young man escorted my husband and I from the main waiting room to the waiting area in the back where the scan is performed. He asked me what the problems were with my breasts. My husband said that he asked each woman that he escorted detailed questions about their breasts in front of him and others in the waiting area. I know that HIPAA has a "need to know" clause. I've gone here for many imaging tests. They never answer their phones, won't call you back if you leave a message, and most of the time, even when you're right in front of them, treat you like some kind of parasite to get rid of. That said, I've never had an issue with the actual imaging being done, besides the staff being rude.
I received services through the Vascular Centers at Teton Radiology from March 2022 - June 2023, both in Rigby, and Idaho Falls, ID. I have been very pleased with the doctors and the staff. They were always very helpful, kind and caring. Thanks you!!
