I had to get a medical port put in and everyone was very nice and professional. Doctor and nurses explained everything as they were doing the procedure assuring I was ok. I highly recommend them!
Our original time to arrive was 9:15 am and we were asked to come in 15 mins early. We were there at 9am but didn't get seen until 11:20am but the night before my mother in law was feeling a little ill so she called the office in the morning asking if the surgery was still possible- she spoke to a nurse by the name of VARSHA who was very rude with her and impatient. My first visit with this practice. The staff were professionals and most courteous. They were apologetic about my delayed interview as my doctor had a procedure run long. The doctor was quite pleasant and also apologetic, but made up for it in his quite thorough review of what the test results revealed and his prognosis that I had no vascular health issues to address. The office made a great first impression across the board. I will use them again.
The doctor and staff are excellent here. Very engaging and informative as well throughout the entire process.
The staff was very professional yet friendly. They knew I was nervous about having a procedure and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and well cared for. I received several calls after the procedure from the nurses to check on me to see how I was doing. I am thankful for the wonderful experience I had at the Vascular Institute of VA, Fairfax. Highly recommend!
