Very disappointed in the unnecessary procedures Dr Anish Shah preformed. Shut down GSV Vein with no pain and mild reflux.went in with ZERO pain 7 months ago and been in pain ever since.How did that benefit me? My nurse took me back to them and not only did they SAVE MY LIFE BUT THEY GENUINELY CARED FOR ME AND STAYED WITH ME EVERY STEP OF THE WAY.THESE FOLKS WERE INCREDIBLE...I WAS SEPTIC AND REQUIRED AN AMPUTATION AND WAS UNDER THEIR CARE WITH MINIMAL DISCOMFORT AND HOME IN LESS THAN 7 DAYS YET THE SAME diagnosis and procedure done ELSEWHERE BY A DIFFERENT TEAM kept me in the hospital a MONTH leaving with a horrible prognosis. The staff was very professional yet friendly. They knew I was nervous about having a procedure and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and well cared for. I received several calls after the procedure from the nurses to check on me to see how I was doing. I am thankful for the wonderful experience I had at the Vascular Institute of VA, Fairfax. Highly recommend!
I observed as the employee's greeted and acknowledged and said GM one to another, and I remember saying out loud "wow you all like each other " and an employee said we LOVE everyone- and I felt it! Great experience
The entire practice treats me like I am their only customer. They provide personalized service with a smile. I never wait long, I am always greeted by everyone with a smile, and they recognize me (even with a different covid mask on). Also, I feel like they really care about my well being. Doctor D. is extremely approachable and is able to explain things in a way that makes sense at every stage of my treatment.
