We had a great experience at Vasona Park Dental. The whole process went smooth from the reception, (Cassandra was lovely), to our visit with the dentist. It was a warm environment, no pressure and the dentist took a lot of time to explain and reassure us. Also they were able to fit us in with short notice which was awesome. I would give Vasona Park Dental more than 5 stars if I could!! I was having an urgent dental issue which was causing me a lot of pain. As one of the only options for dental offices open on a Saturday, I drove all the way from Santa Cruz. Luckily, their staff was so prompt in responding and got me an appointment within the hour! The Best Dentist Experience Ever! Clean office, super nice people! Highly Recommend!
Dental work falls right above colonoscopies in my list of welcome routine medical needs. At the bottom. Yet this office and staff just raised the bar and I am actually looking forward to my next visit. Today's was two fillings. The front office staff (Raj, Casandra) are welcoming and considerate. By far the most compassionate and friendly dentist team I’ve ever met. They got us in for an emergency same day even though we were patients and they were SO helpful!!!
