The staff is very professional and makes you feel like you are their only client deserving of the best care possible. Dr. Eitter and Sara made sure I understand what was happening every step of the way and that I was comfortable throughout. Let's face it, getting a root canal is not something you look forward to. To say that Dr. Eitter and staff are professional is a gross understatement. I can’t put into words how well this endodontist office functions. Your comfort and concerns are put first and foremost. The doctor answers all of your questions with clear and concise answers that makes it easy for even the most lay person to understand. I had a molar that needed help. The office got me in quick and everyone was wonderful. Dr. Eitter found evidence of a cracked root and two other dentists missed it. Since it was a poor prognosis, I elected a more predictable outcome: extraction and implant. I highly recommend this dentist and her staff.
I’m beyond happy with the care I received from Dr. Eitter! She and Adrian were incredibly calming and made sure I was comfortable and doing okay throughout the entire appointment. They made what could have been a very nerve-racking procedure feel easy and stress-free. Everyone on the staff that I interacted with was professional, kind, and truly excellent at what they do. The staff here are very friendly and they make sure that you are 100% pain free during and after the procedure. Highly recommend this specialist office if you are in need of their services, they go above and beyond and that's very rare to find in this day and age.
