I was very uncomfortable going to a surprise root canal as recommend by my dentist who referred me to Vaughn. My doctor at Vaughn answered all my questions, including showing advanced imagery, and gave me good information to make a decision to go forward (or not). No pain at all during the root canal. I was surprised that all the anesthesia was topical and extremely effective; no shots (no pain at all during the procedure but numbness lasted a time. time.) From reception to doctor, everyone was friendly, very efficient, and very upfront and honest. I appreciated knowing from start to finish the potential costs, the options available, and the honest guidance and advice on a recommended pathway for treatment. Dr. Eitter was personable, professional, and explained CT scan very well. I definitely would recommend this practice.
Love love!! They made me feel so good and comfortable and everything went by super fast. I had no pain whatsoever and everyone was really nice. I highly recommend it. I went and scared and left happy because I was pain-free.
