From the moment I entered Vaughn Endodontics (Culebra location), the office staff was welcoming and professional. A direct referral from my Dentist took me here. I received quality service from all the front desk personnel. Lord, the medical staff member, is a real gem. Very good at all patient interactions and a calming presence to boot. Dr. Munoz provided important updates for my treatment plan with multiple options. I will return to them for root canal work and/or any other Endodontic concerns. Would recommend fully.

Very pleased with the service received. They were able to schedule me in the same day I called after being referred by my primary dentist. Dr. Benjamin was my Endodontist. The staff was friendly and attentive. Dr. B and his assistant Israel explained to me what they were doing as we progressed through treatment. They checked on me frequently to assure I wasn't having pain during the procedure. I did require a root canal, a first for me. For me it was no different from any dental procedure. I couldn’t be happier with the care I received from Dr. Benjamin and his assistant, Israel. I have severe anxiety, and they were incredibly patient, compassionate, and understanding throughout my visit. Even pausing whenever I needed a moment to breathe and collect myself.
