I highly recommend Vaughn Endodontics! From the start, Jacob was welcoming and upfront about the financial responsibilities, which I really appreciated. Raul was patient with me from the beginning—he took my X-rays and checked on me through the entire root canal process. He made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Dr. Munoz explained everything in detail and made sure I understood what was going on. He checked in with me throughout the procedure to ensure I was doing okay. Great team and overall a great experience.
We were referred to Dr Vaughn by Dr Pena because he’s the only one she trusts for root canals in town and she’s the only dentist I trust for services beyond regular cleanings. Everyone was lovely from the staff to Dr Vaughn himself. He made my son feel very comfortable with his fantastic bedside manner. Nearly 2 weeks out and I still have pain/sensitivity at the tooth in which a root canal was performed. This doesn’t seem right, but who knows? When my procedure was completed, I was handed a pamphlet and quickly escorted out with little discussion of what to expect other than being informed for the first time that I would need to schedule an appointment with my dentist to install a permanent filling. I cannot recommend Dr. Benjamin enough! From the moment I walked into his office, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The staff is incredibly friendly, making the entire experience comfortable and stress-free, Jenn and Lord were amazing! To say Vaughn Endodontics was awesome is an understatement. The treatment I received showcased a true level of expertise second to none! And to say that isn’t enough because the customer service, care, and consideration for my issue made this an A+ experience!
