DO NOT ENTER!!! Water intrusion ruined my furniture, artwork and sports memorabilia of great value. Staff left me high and dry to clean the mess myself. The manager literally turned his back and walked out of the building refusing to give me any further people to contact in regard to the damage. He told me his boss "sounded like she was being woken up" every time he called her. Terrible, lazy, rude. DO NOT ENTER!!! ZERO STARS!

If zero stars are possible, I give them a -10!!!! My entire household was put in to storage there on June 15, 2018. We have paid almost $10 grand in their excessive fees. We would have faired better putting our stuff in a barn with a tarp! The floor has obviously flooded up to at least 4"!!! The infestation of mice was SO bad that I have had Pink Eye for the last month straight!
