Just hosted a small-team offsite in one of the conference rooms here and had a great experience. On-site support from center manager Camille was fantastic and very accommodating - we had everything we needed for our 2-day meeting in the conference room and then opted to use day passes to work in the common areas for an additional half day which also worked quite well for us. If you are looking for a shared office environment, hard to beat Venture X. The facility is excellent, really well run and the members are all friendly. It truly has the feel of one company, even though people are from all different companies. Shared spaces are welcoming, clean and comfortable. Free coffee, all varieties of water and tea as well as some snacks. Best place in the area for sure. You won't be disappointed.
We love working out of the Venture X in Deerfield at 570 Lake Cook Rd. It is extremely clean, the individual offices are a decent size, and there is plenty of amenities with the large conference rooms and lunch/kitchen area. The space is cleaned every single night, including the individual offices. And most importantly, the staff are the absolute best, and Camille is super responsive, friendly and very attentive to everyone in the space. Highly recommend!
Venture X Chicago – Deerfield is easily one of the nicest coworking spaces I’ve used in the Chicago suburbs. The space feels modern and genuinely “premium” — high ceilings, lots of natural light, and a clean, professional layout that makes it easy to focus. I recently hosted a team strategy meeting at VentureX with several folks flying in from out of town. Camille was so helpful, making sure we had the right type of room for our group. The office was clean and well stocked with beverages. The communication from the VentureX team was exceptional pre, during and post our visit. I would highly recommend booking meeting space here!
