The booking experience was very professional and the young lady who obtained my info seemed knowledgeable about what she needed to know to place me with the therapist that would best meet my needs. She did not make the experience laborious like some other booking (scheduling) experiences that I have had in the past with other places. She was friendly , yet professional. That made a good impression from the start.
