First off, I wish i could give them 0 stars. This is the most unprofessional and corrupted place ever . They mistreat the patients, and don’t help them at all. They make differences between the black and white patients. They let white staff body slam black patients, and the patients end up with enormous knots on their head, and the white employee still has a job. So, I was sent here while under PEC, and none of the staff actually cared. I was here twice and not a single thing changed. The only people I could stand were Mr. Aaron and Ms. Gracie . The rest of the staff were complete dicks who couldn’t actually talk to me about how I was feeling, but if they did they would tell the nurse and they would give me some sort of medication that was meant to call me down but really didn’t. Absolutely awful. There was no therapy or group therapy. This place did not make e feel better in the slightest. Always freezing, very unwelcoming environment and staff, terrible food, and no one who works there actually area for your well-being. I got blamed for my mental health and never felt safe. I was there for 10 days and almost never went outside. Other patients were very rude and affected my mood the entire stay. Extremely uncomfortable sitting area and was not trans-friendly.
