Never ever choose to live here! They are shady crooks and slum lords. If there was a negative rating I would pick that. The company agreed to allow me to place a rent to own Tennant in my trailer that ended up not paying rent. In the process the neglected to change my name on the rent to his. After 3 month with no notice from the company I was given an eviction notice with ONE week to comply. They ended up making me pay his back rent by signing over the title to the trailer court.
