I was directed to their virtual program. I felt that I was shamed for my struggles, I felt that major trauma events were dismissed. I felt more anxiety and panic coming to group everyday. All of the "psycho education" was free YouTube or Ted talk videos (including commercials and advertisements) every Friday was watching a Disney movie also with commercials and advertisements you would figure with such large groups and such high costs they could afford to have a membership. I absolutely love the team here. Everyone is so nice and clear about steps that need to be taken and how to get there. This was hands down the best place to get help for anybody and they are so willing to help!! If you’re thinking of looking into them I would 100% encourage you to go in and talk to someone to see for yourself, they are amazing and make you feel so comfortable.

My son had a positive experience at Connections after a terrible one at Pathlight. His therapist, Princess, was excellent and built trust and rapport. His mental health has improved since completing his program.

I FLIPPIN’ LOVE CONNECTIONS (Sorry for the outburst loll) I had a truly amazing experience there, the staff was caring, and they really want the best for their patients. All of the staff member I met while I was there were incredibly sweet and funny. I hope that the people in my group are doing well and succeeding in life!! If you or someone you know is going through a tough time, Connections is definitely the right place to send them to.
