This morning, I had a very unsettling experience with one of this company’s drivers. The driver was operating the vehicle extremely aggressively—cutting in and out of traffic, weaving between cars, and changing lanes without proper signals or regard for safety. It was not only dangerous but completely irresponsible behavior on a public road. I wish I could give 0 stars. Working with Verticomm has been a disaster. Overpriced, underdelivered, and no resolution. We got fleeced into a 5 year contract while being promised a high tech, helpful system. What we got was a phone system riddled with problems, and a huge bill. I actually MISS RingCentral. Verticomm...4x the price, none of the functionality.
We have worked with Verticomm for several years. Initially we had great service. Recently it's been tough to get a technician to our site to fix our doors. We reach out repeatedly, tickets are lost, and now our staff can't use their key cards to enter the building as our key card reader is broken...again (and it's less than 2 years old). Would appreciate a more timely response when items are broken given the huge impact this has on operations.
Much like many other reviews on here I was verbally assaulted and followed by one of their employees in their company vehicle had to call the police and let the company know the license plate and description seems like a recurring problem with this company very unprofessional and it shows by the two star quality of the work and reviews
They don't stand behind their quality of work, and will nickle and dime you, every, single, chance they get. Thousands of dollars spent fixing issues that keep reoccurring, and get billed a full hour for sending a simple email. Tread carefully with this company.
