***STAY AWAY*** SCAM & FRAUD. We have numerous calls and emails canceling and have sent us bills and use the excuse of a contract despite we have not had a contract since 2020 and have cancelled April 2025 and they make up charges of $7,000 for uniforms for 10 employees and have even RETURNED the uniforms!!
Google needs to update the ratings for this company. I wouldn't recommencement this place to anyone. The moment our driver changed back in December, customer service went down the drain. He wouldn't deliver and mark us off as if we had received the items. Our fee was always a certain amount and at the end when we were trying for the last time to settle everything, they stated the fee was higher, wanting us to pay more for each of the weeks they had delivered to continue service. Been servicing our shop for quite a while and constantly billed for services never received, can never get in touch with anyone or managers, keep living messages they still will not return my calls. I just can't believe the way they handle business. We got sign up with UniFirst uniforms much better service and quality uniforms all our staff is happy.
If I could give this company zero stars .. That would be too much. Do not do business with them . They don't care about anything. After they got you in a contract.. I've had my service go up twice this year and it's going up in October for their annual price increases. Good luck getting someone on the phone. No customer service skills. No call back from management. Been calling for weeks.
