I work in the sanitation industry. We haven’t seen any clean uniforms in three weeks. We used Cintas before and switched because our driver had a horrible attitude but we always had clean uniforms every week. Now our vestis driver has a great attitude but we don’t get our uniforms back. Not sure if it’s the driver or just a horrible company overall. I recommend avoiding this company at all possible cost.
If I could go back and change anything in my life it would be not signing up for this service. Consistent problems over the last year and a half of service Vestis/Aramark. Incorrect items, incorrect quantity of items, ripped rugs, receiving rugs with other business logos on it, wet musty towels aprons and mop heads unless it’s a brand new package which I’ve requested, over charging my card…just a terrible experience all the way around. I am the general manager of an Omaha event, Venue, and my five star review truly goes to Lowell, our delivery driver. He is so punctual, responsive, and truly one of the best vendors that we have had at our venue. He’s there rain or shine (or a snow storm) and he always goes above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of, even when I forget to place an order. If Lowell ever leaves for another company, we would follow him anywhere! I am very thankful for him and his hard work, and I hope he sees this review!
Lowell is seriously the best driver I’ve had. If it weren’t for him and how unbelievably friendly and how much he cares about what he does and his customers I’m not sure what I’d do. He’s always going the extra mile for my business. Makes me so happy to see him every Tuesday, not just for the quality towels and rugs, but to see how he’s doing as well.
This company is a JOKE! 5 weeks in a row with issues with delivery and receiving product. Our Territory Manager, Lashawn is awful! Deliveries never come on the correct date, we NEVER receive our par product, they send products that don’t fit the dispensers, they take products off of our shelves that don’t belong to them and above all, they ARGUE with us when we find errors in their delivery.
