I have noticed great attitudes working with Vestis, all the supervisors keep their staff motivated and they ensure you continue receiving excellent service. All employees strive to be timely and share what matters most, (a good work ethic mixed with kindness.) You can't go wrong with the crisp folds and excellent stain removal, fresh scents. Where do I begin. Since we signed the contract with Vestis things have gone downhill rapidly. They didn't follow directions where to install the product we received. They installed where they wanted and not where they were told to which has resulted in our company moving some of the product which caused damage to our walls. Product in some areas were missed altogether. Their installers were very arrogant and rude. If I could Give a no star I would . I've been waiting on replacement shirts for over a month and half. I only have 2 shirts in which I have to take hom⁷e every night and wash them myself. A month and a half is REDICULASÝ ¹
My husband switched to this company he has received wrinkled clothes, shirts with too many buttons, sleeve holes that he can't even get his arm through and as for billing the first bill was wrong and the second bill didn't even have a bill attached to it management said they would be there to talk to him and going on 3 weeks they still haven't shown up. I have photos I every framed from posting them today but if it isn't rectified I will be posting them.
We have used Aramark for several years. Their quality of service is amazing and the people are very helpful and friendly.
