For real, this is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with in my business! Even if I pay more somewhere else, I’ll be more than happy to do so. They overcharged me for services I didn’t receive, and they refuse to refund me $936. They simply decided not to! Even if I had all the proof, they also put a fake signature on the invoices to prove me wrong, which is even worse! Now, it’s been over two months, and I’m begging them to cancel my service. Based on. My personal experience with Aramark and my representative Alex I can say the following. Alex has repeatedly showed exceptional customer service to me and my fellow employees when dropping off our work uniforms and shop supplies like shop towels fender covers ext.
