they care nothing about the mom and pop business. their name tags in our uniforms come off. drivers uniforms come back, wrinkled, and unprofessional. their sales rep says they’re gonna come out and visit you. He shows up once and never comes back again. They charge us for uniforms that we don’t even have, we have employees that does not have uniforms but they charge us still it takes them two weeks to get our uniforms. Josh- our delivery guy he is amazing!! Very satisfied with his work. Always happy and attentive on our needs. Very happy when we got Josh transfer to our route give 5 start. Vestis is a good Company who you can rely on for your business!

No service for 5 weeks, (they were having driver problems) district manager out of Joplin Matt assured me I wouldn't be charged, and I was. He keeps saying he'll fix my bill and nothing has been done. Now won't return messages. I would think twice before using this company if going thru Joplin facility.

Aramark now Vestis, takes great care of there customers! Always making sure that the customers are supplied correctly and in a timely manner! Great company to take care of our casinos!!
