Beware of this company. We were long-term customers, but when it came time to adjust or cancel our contract, communication became extremely difficult. Responses were slow or nonexistent, and we encountered a lack of cooperation throughout the process. We experienced these issues previously when working with Christopher Death, and the same pattern continued with Robin Upson. This level of non-responsiveness and unwillingness to work with long-standing customers is very disappointing. Not recommending.
First of all can we talk about the affordable pricing?? 100% satisfied! Raymond helped me make the best decision possible and communicated to me directly how everything works he was very knowledgeable and helpful in his approach. Would definitely recommend to a friend, great company.
Raymond is very accurate, the gentleman on route 136. Aramark Uniform Services is extremely lucky to have such a great and knowledgeable person like him. He went above and beyond with the service. Oh, and my rule to life is your word is your bond once my delivery driver Raymond tells me something somehow it magically never fails on a weekly basis. We run into each other and speak on the invoice price and if anything that I run across is not up to my standard, his manager Orestes; correct, any issues or concerns almost immediately on a weekly basis from day one that I met this guy his smile let me know that we are in good hands.
