Extremely unprofessional company. Does not honor contact and extremely difficult to do business with. I would not suggest this company!! Over charging people and not accepting cancellation. About to be forced to hire an attorney to handle this.
I had a great experience with Aramark recently. The service was prompt and professional, and everything arrived as expected. A special shout-out to Juan, the delivery driver. He was incredibly courteous, efficient, and went the extra mile to ensure everything was in perfect order. His attention to detail and friendly attitude made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend both Aramark and Juan for their excellent service!
Avoid this business! Was told it's no contract and can cancel anytime. The delivery driver was LAZY and never came into check everything but was quick to give you the invoice. We tried canceling for months and they still would come give us an invoice to not refill or service anything. This place is a scam. Finally was able to cancel service and we recieved a $7,000 bill of crazy up charges and for payment of the remaining "contract". Once again please avoid this company!
Been using Aramark for over 5 years now. Good linen companies are hard to find! They've been a great partner for us and Juan S. is the best service rep I've ever had! He is always willing to go above and beyond to make sure we have the products we need.
In the beginning, we had a lot of with Aramark . Mostly because they sells people Don’t tell you the whole truth about what you’re signing for just because they want to make us sell . If it wasn’t for Juan, the delivery driver, we probably would not be with that company anymore. He always takes care of us, and if it’s something wrong, he escalates the problem to his supervisor almost immediately.
