DO NOT do business with Vestis. We signed a contract with them last year as a public school for rugs and bathroom supplies. The driver assigned to our building did not come for at least three months. They continued to charge us each week, knowing that the driver was not coming and services were not being provided. Salesman sold me on a huge promotion and deal they were running. It was all a lie, I never got everything I was promised. Salesman was shady on his computer and kept everything out of view and out of sight. He signed everything in my behalf and left out all the important details. After receiving my first order and noticing that a lot was missing I called him, he made it seem like no big deal and had the driver add everything. We love our delivery driver. However, the uniform service is the absolute worst. Either their laundry equipment is down and we don't get them, or we order for a new employee and it takes forever to get anything. They are deceiving in the way they do things.
Stay away from this company. Truly they’ve been awful to work with. Salesman weren’t honest, and they have continually missed deliveries yet still charge us for it. Cancelation policy is the worst we have ever seen, and their customer service is lacking.
SHADY! Mats where not changed out for months, falsified invoices with falsified signatures, saying that our office had been serviced when it had not been. called multiple times to have them cancel and reps said it was canceled but yet i was still receiving invoices and forged signatures. and now there "Territory Manager" is saying i have to buy out my contract.
