DO NOT do business with Vestis. We signed a contract with them last year as a public school for rugs and bathroom supplies. The driver assigned to our building did not come for at least three months. They continued to charge us each week, knowing that the driver was not coming and services were not being provided. When I spoke with the manager on the phone, he admitted to knowing that the driver was not providing services and that they still get to charge us because that is what the contract states. We love our delivery driver. However, the uniform service is the absolute worst. Either their laundry equipment is down and we don't get them, or we order for a new employee and it takes forever to get anything. They are deceiving in the way they do things.

Salesman sold me on a huge promotion and deal they were running. It was all a lie, I never got everything I was promised. Salesman was shady on his computer and kept everything out of view and out of sight. He signed everything in my behalf and left out all the important details. After receiving my first order and noticing that a lot was missing I called him, he made it seem like no big deal and had the driver add everything. I have been in the food service industry for over 20 years and I have dealt with Aramark everywhere for almost every restaurant I've worked at. Troy is my Rep / Driver. He is very professional and personable. He does an excellent job of making sure he meets the needs of our company. He is very attentive and always check in with me weekly to make sure that we have everything we need. His customer service is excellent! All the product that we have received from him is always clean and in good shape.
