I think vestis should lower the driver pay, and do teams. Maybe just maybe if you do that... stops won't get missed sometimes. Also do strictly delivery. Dont lay down rugs for the business that is renting. Let them handle it its there business. This would increase delivery.

This company is terrible. They lock you into contracts and then don't fulfill their obligations. Getting ahold of a rep is impossible. It's the most frustrating company to ever work with. They don't pick up the dirty linens or rags for months. There's zero accountability.
Absolutely Horrible Service. Have gone home in my boxers on 4 occasions now cause of no uniforms. Call to tell them no uniforms all you get is claim number with no resolution till they are ready to show up. Could be days before they do. Doesn't matter if your company has a scheduled day for pickup or not they show up when they feel like it. Most of the time when they do show up, you won't get back the amount you send in.
