We used Vestis for 6 weeks at 2 locations, with a weekly service, at 1 location, the driver showed up 3 times (which includes the first day to deliver the product), billed for 4 services (on the 3rd invoice states that the driver showed, never did, the 4th service was to take our products back since we cancelled our service), 60 month contract and prices of the product went up after the second service invoice, billed for item we didn't get, billed for 312 shop towels a week for 3 technicians (each techs use roughly 25 shop t... read more
The company I work for switched to this company when they took over the contract in the shop. I’ve had no work shirts for 3 weeks and finally when they do arrive, it’s 2 shirts total from the like 8 originals. I don’t know if this is a driver or company issue but it isn’t worth it. And it’s been this way for a year and a half now. Go with Cintas. They’ll at least replace buttons and deliver your shirts in a proper rotation. Absolutely ridiculous.
If I could give them a ZERO star I most definitely would. Their customer service people are absolutely horrible to deal with. My driver he is amazing, but the company is horrible. They don’t know how to clean their microfiber towels and forget about their white bar towels, white fuzzies everywhere, and the stick like straight grease. Just a disgusting way to run a company!! You all should be ashamed
Terrible service. Your lucky if you even get a delivery and if you do they will just up your quantities and increase your bill without any authorization and then make sure to let you know your locked in a contract for 60 months. Predatory business practices and extremely unprofessional.
Absolutely Horrible Service. Have gone home in my boxers on 4 occasions now cause of no uniforms. Call to tell them no uniforms all you get is claim number with no resolution till they are ready to show up. Could be days before they do. Doesn't matter if your company has a scheduled day for pickup or not they show up when they feel like it. Most of the time when they do show up, you won't get back the amount you send in.
