I have a great working relationship with our route servicer, Scott Branscome, who is very responsive to what our needs are here at Lazy Betty. I have even unwittingly bothered him on his vacation LOL (and he very graciously responded)! Our Territory Manager, Joel Link, always takes my calls/texts and gets back to me in a timely manner. Your Customer Service crew is always very helpful and professional during those rare times when I can't get in touch with either Scott or Joel.
Definitely love our driver Archie he's the best! Always coming in cheerful and a positive attitude!!!!
